How is an independent consultant different from an agency?

You get one senior person with no product to sell you and no team to keep busy. For strategy and decisions that suits a lot of businesses. When you then need a team to deliver at scale, I’ll introduce you to Momentum, the agency I founded.

What happens in a first engagement?

Usually a working session to understand your business and goals, then a short, honest write-up: the opportunities worth pursuing, the order to do them in, and rough effort and cost. No 60-page deck.

Do you help after the strategy is set?

Yes. I can stay on as an advisor, build the first pieces myself, or train your team to deliver — whatever gives you momentum without creating a dependency.

Do you work with non-technical founders?

Often. A big part of the value is translating between the AI hype cycle and practical business decisions in plain language.
