Claude for your team

One standard way your whole team uses Claude

Everyone connects the same tools the same way, learns on their own work, and shares what they find. I lead with Claude; if your team is on ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini, the same rollout applies.

What the rollout covers

Connect the tools people live in

Email, calendar, Drive and tasks, on company accounts, so “what’s on today” and “draft a reply” just work.

One setup recipe

Which seat, which connectors, which permissions, where shared prompts live. A new starter follows it in twenty minutes.

From chat to Claude Cowork

Chat answers. Claude Cowork does: files the invoices, drafts the replies, runs each morning. The ready people go first.

Recipes by role

Four or five worked routines from your own survey. Real tasks, not demos.

Training on your work

A forty-five-minute all-hands where three of your people do their routine live, then role sessions.

Office hours and shared learning

A month of drop-ins, and one place where what one person worked out is there for the next.

Tell me what you're dealing with

Three lines is plenty. I reply personally, usually within a day, and the first call is free.

Frequently asked questions

We already have a Claude Team plan. What is left?

Usually most of it: uneven connectors, no shared projects, a dozen private ways of doing the same thing. The rollout is the standard, the training and the sharing, not the licence.

What is Claude Cowork and does everyone need it?

The mode of Claude that acts rather than answers: works through files, runs a routine on a schedule, uses the same connectors. Not everyone needs it on day one. OpenAI’s equivalent is ChatGPT Work, and the same advice applies to both.

Is our data used to train the model?

Not on a company plan, and not on a paid consumer plan with training switched off. The same is not true of every free tool, which is why company accounts matter.

Can we see what people do in Claude?

On a Team plan you see usage, not conversations. What you can see is the effect: what Claude did in your mail and Drive, from your Workspace logs. I can wire that into a weekly view.

We use ChatGPT or Copilot, not Claude. Does this still apply?

Yes. The valuable part is the standard, the training and the sharing, not the brand of assistant. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini all connect to mail, calendar and files in similar ways. I will tell you honestly where each is stronger, and I will not ask you to switch unless there is a reason that pays for itself.

We are on Microsoft, not Google.

Same shape, different connectors and admin steps. Tell me which tenant and I will tell you what changes.

Got a team plan and a dozen private ways of using it?

Tell me how many seats, which tenant, and what people mostly use it for. I will tell you what a standard setup looks like for you.
