Get more out of AI in your business, one small step at a time
You’ve been reading the latest news about AI, but getting the most out of it in your business feels like an overwhelming task. You know you need to do something more. I’m a trusted person to talk it through with, and I’ll help you start with small, incremental steps.
What I help with
I lead with Claude, and work just as happily with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini if that is what your team already uses. Most businesses start with the audit and pick from the rest. Each step is priced on its own and you decide after each one.
A two-week AI audit
Where AI already is in your business, where it should be, and what to do first. Fixed price.
AI for your whole team
One standard setup for Claude, ChatGPT or whichever assistant you use: email, calendar, files, tasks. Taught on real work.
From Claude Cowork to automation
Your team builds routines in Claude Cowork or ChatGPT Work. The ones that matter get promoted into automations the business runs.
A secure automation environment
Keys in your accounts, every run logged, outward actions approved by a person. I never hold the master key.
Own your data
Link the core systems, keep one neutral layer, and stay free to use whichever model is best.
Governance without the binder
Two pages: which accounts, what may go in, whose number is official, what a machine never does alone.
Grow without hiring for every step up
Individuals faster, then processes redesigned, then roles that change for the better. What AI-native looks like at thirty people.
One consultant, not a firm
Self-documenting, portable, you own the code and IP, switched off in a minute.
Keeping you current
A light monthly retainer. I read the noise so your people don’t have to.
Tell me what you're dealing with
Three lines is plenty. I reply personally, usually within a day, and the first call is free.

Frequently asked questions
What does a first engagement look like?
Usually the two-week audit: a systems map, a short staff survey, a few screen recordings, conversations with the leadership team, and a findings session with a priced menu of next steps. You choose from there.
I am not technical and neither is my team. Is that a problem?
No, it is the normal case. I translate: what is real, what is hype, what to do first, and what it costs. The technical work is on my side and documented so anyone can read it.
How much of my team’s time will this take?
Minutes, by design. Ten for a survey, ten for an optional screen recording, an hour for a workshop with the key people. Your operations lead spends two or three hours in the first fortnight.
Do you only work with Claude?
No. I lead with Claude because I use it every day and think it is the strongest all-rounder for business work right now. If your team is on ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini, the approach is the same: one standard setup, company accounts, training on real work, and automations that do not depend on any single vendor.
How do you price?
A fixed price for the audit and for each project, a fixed monthly retainer for advice, an hourly rate for training. Quoted before it starts, invoiced when it lands.
Where do you work?
Remotely across Australia, and in person around Sydney, the Sutherland Shire and the Southern Highlands.
