AI Audit
A two-week AI audit: where AI already is in your business, and where it should be
Not a discovery phase. Two weeks of looking properly at your systems, your people and your recurring work, then a findings session where you choose what happens next from a priced menu. It costs your team minutes, not hours.
What goes into it
A systems map
Every system, its purpose, its owner, its provider, and whether it has an API you can use.
A ten-minute staff survey
What people have tried, where they are stuck, and the three recurring tasks that eat their week.
Screen recordings, not meetings
Five minutes each, transcribed and read by me. Nobody sits in a workshop.
Leadership conversations
Three to five people, twenty minutes each: where the business is going and which number they don’t trust.
Questions for your providers
One page each for IT, web and ERP, sent through you: what access exists and what it would cost.
Findings you can act on
Quick wins with prices, a training plan, a two-page governance note, and a baseline to measure against.
Tell me what you're dealing with
Three lines is plenty. I reply personally, usually within a day, and the first call is free.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a workshop?
One recorded hour with your key people is the only meeting. Everything else is asynchronous. The output is decisions, not sticky notes.
We already use AI. Do we still need an audit?
That is when it is most useful. Adoption that grew on its own is uneven, and what the best people worked out lives in their heads. The audit finds the standard way, the quick wins and the leaks.
What is out of scope?
Customer-facing AI, marketing and creative unless you ask. The focus is the back of house: reporting, finance, operations.
What access do you need?
A staff login in your tenant, a seat on your AI plan, and read-only views of the systems you are comfortable with. Every request comes in writing with what, why and the risk. Access is read-only and raw extracts are destroyed within thirty days.
What happens after?
You choose from the menu. Most take one or two quick wins and one project. None of it is required.
