A short policy first
Two pages before anyone is trained: which accounts to use, what may go in, and who checks before anything goes out.
Claude 101: chat, connected
Claude or ChatGPT connected to email, calendar and files, so work starts from one sentence and not from copying and pasting.
A start and end routine
Each day opens with a short briefing and closes with a note, so the assistant builds up a picture of your job.
How to ask, how to check
Give it the background and say who it is for. Then check the numbers, the names and anything that leaves the building.
Claude 201: Claude Cowork
For people ready to hand over multi-step tasks, in Claude Cowork or ChatGPT Work. By invitation, once they know what to check.
Claude 301: Claude Code
For technical teams building their own automations. I use it every day. Most businesses never need this step.

Frequently asked questions
Who is the training for?
Ordinary teams: the people in operations, finance, sales, admin and leadership who have opened a chat window and not got much further. No technical background is needed for Claude 101.
Do you only teach Claude?
No. I lead with Claude because it is what I use every day, but the same method works in ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini. If your business has already chosen one, I teach that.
Why one-on-ones before the group session?
Because the snags are usually in the connections, not the AI. I set up a few people first, find what trips in your Microsoft or Google setup, and then teach everyone the version that works.
What does a session cover?
Getting connected in the room, teaching the assistant about you, the start and end routine, how to ask, how to check, what never goes in, and ten things to try that week. All on your own work.
Is it remote or in person?
Either. In person across Sydney, the Sutherland Shire and the Southern Highlands, or live online. Sessions are recorded so new starters can catch up.
Can you train our developers on Claude Code?
Yes. That is Claude 301. I work in Claude Code daily and can take a technical team from curious to productive, but it is a later step and most teams should start at 101.
What happens after the session?
Support for the weeks that follow, when the real questions turn up. Skills stick when someone is there to ask in week three.
