No-code MVP Development
Build your MVP without code — and get it in front of users fast
I help founders turn an idea into a working product in weeks, not months — using no-code and AI to validate before you spend big on engineering. Sydney-based, working remotely worldwide.
What I can help with
The point of an MVP is to learn fast and cheap. Here’s how I help you do exactly that.
Idea to working MVP
A real, usable product — not a clickable mockup — that early users and investors can actually try.
Built with no-code
Built on proven no-code tools so you move fast and change direction without paying for a rewrite each time.
AI-accelerated
AI woven into the build and, where it earns its place, into the product — the fastest way to ship a modern MVP.
Validate before you scale
Get the thing in front of users, learn what’s real, and only invest in custom engineering once it’s earned.
Ruthless scoping
I help you cut the MVP down to what actually tests your riskiest assumption — and cut everything that doesn’t.
Handover or keep building
Take it in-house once it’s validated, or keep me on to iterate as you learn.
How I work
Senior, hands-on, and easy to work with — however your team is set up.
No-code, or hire developers?
Not sure whether to use no-code or hire a dev team for your MVP? I’ll give you a straight answer for your situation — I’ve done both, plenty of times.
Weeks, not months
No-code plus AI means a working product in weeks — while the learning is still cheap and the idea can still change.
A founder’s perspective
I’ve built and run companies, so I scope your MVP around learning, not gold-plating something nobody has asked for yet.
Sydney-based, remote
I work with founders anywhere. Sydney and Australian founders can also meet in person.
Working together on your MVP
You work with me directly. When something needs a full team, I bring in Momentum — the agency I founded — so you can scale up without starting over. Same person, same standards, more hands when it counts.
One-to-one with me
Freelance or contract — direct and senior.
- A defined build, prototype, integration or advisory piece
- You want one experienced pair of hands close to the work
- Fast and flexible — day-rate or fixed scope
- A direct line to me throughout
- Remote-first, so location is no barrier
Scaling up with my team
When it's bigger, I bring in Momentum — my agency.
- A full team: design, build, marketing and support
- Multiple workstreams running at once
- Ongoing delivery with cover and process
- The same standards, at greater scale
- A smooth step up when you're ready to grow

Frequently asked questions
Should I use no-code or hire developers for my MVP?
For most first MVPs, no-code wins: it gets a real product in front of users in weeks for a fraction of the cost, and you can change direction freely. Hire developers (or move to custom code) once you’ve validated demand and hit a wall no-code genuinely can’t clear. I help founders make exactly that call — and I’ve built both ways.
How long does a no-code MVP take to build?
Usually weeks rather than months, depending on scope. A big part of my job is scoping the MVP down so you’re testing your riskiest assumption fast, not building everything at once.
When should I move from no-code to custom code?
When you’ve proven people want it and you’re hitting real limits — performance, a feature no-code can’t do, or scale economics. Until then, custom code usually just slows down learning. No-code lets you delay that spend until it’s justified.
What no-code tools do you use?
Primarily Bubble.io for full web apps and MVPs, plus the right supporting tools and AI models for the job. I choose based on what your product actually needs, not habit.
Do you use AI in the build?
Yes — AI both speeds up how I build and, where it adds real value, becomes part of the product. “Faster with AI and no-code” is the whole point.
Where are you based?
Sydney, Australia. I work with founders remotely worldwide, and can meet in person around Sydney.
Got an idea to test?
Tell me the riskiest assumption in your idea. I’ll tell you the fastest way to put a real product in front of users and find out if it holds.
